SHIP METHODS

Orders above $250 qualify for free shipping.

We offer the following shipping options worldwide.

China: Delivery via SF: Approximately 3 days, $2.76 USD (includes tax and duties).

Nigeria: Standard shipping via Fishing Cargo: Approximately 7 days, $6 USD (includes tax and duties).

Express shipping to Lagos via Fishing Cargo: 1-2 days, $12.5 USD (includes tax and duties).

Rest of the World: Shipping via DHL: Approximately 7 days, $40 USD (includes tax and duties).

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.

If the carrier’s tracking link doesn’t show any activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address provided at the time of your order.

Processing time

Please expect a processing period of 1-2 business days for your order. Note that processing times are separate from the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

During sales and high-volume periods, the processing time is extended to 3-4 days.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur. Sometimes carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will physically deliver it within the next four business days.

If your order shows as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it after 4 business days, and you have checked the area around your delivery address, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, BIW is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Currently, we are not set up for reshipment orders or exchanges, so you will need to place a new order with the returned funds.

If the carrier’s tracking link shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

No Dispatch Notification Received for Your Order?

If you have not received a dispatch or delivery notification within the designated processing time or dispatch date, please contact us at info@bodyintimatewear.com, providing your order number.
